1. The limited warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase, based on the invoice date.
1. Panel furniture, solid wood furniture, dining tables and chairs, and marble surfaces have a 1-year warranty.
A. Natural damage, mold, and fogging on furniture surfaces, glass, and mirror surfaces have a 1-year warranty.
B. Active insect damage to boards has a 2-year warranty. Free replacement parts and on-site repair are provided for quality issues within this period.
2. Sofa warranty period is 1 year. Non-human-caused issues after purchase that are manufacturing or material quality defects are covered as follows:
A. Fabric pilling, thread pulling, and fading: 1-year warranty.
B. Fabric seam splitting, opening, and edge breaking: 1-year warranty.
C. Painted wood product bubbling and deformation: 1-year warranty.
D. Hardware deformation, rust, and breakage: 1-year warranty.
E. Frame loosening, breakage, and deformation: 1-year warranty.
F. Soft furnishing deformation and sagging: 1-year warranty.
G. Leather cracking, fading, and delamination: 1-year warranty.
H. Mold caused by inherent material issues: 6-month warranty.

1. Any damage caused by improper use, maintenance, protection, or storage by the consumer, or damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, relocation, or use beyond the product warranty period is not covered.

Damage caused by improper consumer use, maintenance, protection or storage, transportation damage, installation damage, unauthorized disassembly damage, discounted products, and products beyond the warranty period are not covered under warranty. Royal Group and its franchise stores provide paid services with material fees charged.
3. Material fees are charged for replacement parts in the following cases:
