2Submit Application
①The applicant fills out the Franchise Application Form with required certificates and business capability documents, and submits them to headquarters for review; ②Sales personnel complete site evaluation and preliminary positioning, with a minimum area of 1,000 sqm (except for premium comprehensive properties).
3Company Assessment
①After receiving the application, headquarters reviews the applicant's specific situation and conditions; ②Both parties deepen contact, conduct on-site investigation at company headquarters, and upon passing the interview by the marketing center director, the applicant is notified and can proceed to sign the agreement.
4Contract Signing
①The company provides the franchise contract text with explanations; ②The company and the franchisee sign the Franchise Intent Cooperation Agreement, clarifying cooperation methods, rights and obligations; ③Pay relevant franchise deposit fees; ④Provide required drawings.
5Drawing Design
①The company designs the complete set of drawings and distributes decoration materials and items.
6Decoration & Team Recruitment
①Decorate and inspect the store according to company drawing design standards; once approved, notify payment and prepare for shipment.
7Inspection
①Under company guidance, select materials and decorate according to the company's unified design plan; ②Recruit required personnel. Before official opening, the company's regional manager is responsible for guiding all pre-opening affairs.
8Stocking & Opening
①Ship according to company standard configuration; ②Hold opening events, implement opening publicity plans and promotional strategies; ③Business and training supervisors organize professional training for the franchise store team; ④Track opening operations and provide consulting advice; ⑤Promptly report initial operations to headquarters.
9Official Authorization
①After a successful opening, sign the Franchise Cooperation Agreement and Target Assessment Agreement with the company, and receive the authorization certificate.
